IMHO the 1st one isnt bad, will breeze u through. Didnt like the second fit, i hate dual reps . Just modify first fit to perma boost to be absolutely safe(its easy). Also i would use 2/2 or 2/1 specific hardeners for lvl 4. And get 4 heavy drones...

Try getting T2 heavy drones. If thats still dont fix it - train domi (ull need at least heavies for it anyway). IMO its the shortest way for ur skills. ---- Drones eat everything. Trust me.

Dunno about torps but cruise golem do them fine and nice with TP especially. Torps a kinda too short range for mission for me. What is it? 40 km max or so if my memory serves. Considering 75 band, why not the usual combo wave? Meds are fine too. ...

Rokh all the way, and use named/gallente rails till u get T2. They are worth training, unlike arty NH is just so damn sloooooooooooow on lvl 4, it does them fine but s l o w ---- Drones eat everything. Trust me.
